Mr. Karisabappa has 27 years of rich experience in the Work Execution, Quality Management, preparation of Preliminary, Detailed Engineering Design, repair and rehabilitation and Construction Supervision of Bridges/Roads & Industrial Structures and has experience with specialization in the areas of overall project planning and management, construction supervision, technical audit, project preparation, materials management, cost estimation, assessment of maintenance needs, road maintenance programming and funding studies, construction and maintenance capability assessment, contract management and coordination, pavement evaluation and design, preparation of Quality Assurance manual. He has got specific experience in studies relating to the planning, maintenance and management of Water supply, road, CD works & bridge.

He has extensively been involved in construction supervision of State Highway, Major /Minor Bridges, repair and rehabilitation of distressed bridges. Actively involved in the construction and development of water supply systems, sanitation systems and internal Layout roads for the various Clients.
