Coordinate review road safety design prepared by the concessionaire and EPC contractor and recommend changes in design standards and specifications to ensure safer highway design. Review contractor safety plan and assure conformity to the safety requirement as per the Contract Agreement its approval. Traffic audit & to identify potential Road Safety Policy programs that can minimize road death risk while achieving sustainable economic growth and socio economic development. Also carried out road safety audits (RSA) at different design/construction stages to identify accident black spots and proposed remedial measures to mitigate the black spots. Finalizing safety policies which include establishing safe work zone during construction. Conducted monthly safety training during construction stage and maintain a record of road and construction accidents
